I reached out by email to send flowers to a friend, and they quickly provided a WhatsApp number to make things easier. The whole process was simple — I just shared what I wanted, my budget, and the delivery address. They even sent pictures of the arrangement before I paid, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to Caitlin and Karen, along with the amazing team that worked tirelessly to bring our wedding vision to life! We planned our wedding from the UK which is hard enough, coupled with also being a Florist myself I had a very clear vision for the day and knew I was in safe hands with Caitlin. Every single design was breathtaking and flawless!! Our guests commented all day, after the wedding and still now (two months on) how amazing our flowers were!! The ceremony arch looked like a dream, and the aisle arrangements created such a romantic atmosphere. During dinner, the tall centerpieces on the tables together with the floral canopy above created an elegant, magical setting that left our guests in awe: it looked like a fairy tale. Thank you for exceeding our expectations with your creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail. The flowers were truly one of the highlights of our day!

The brief was colour colour and more colour and they nailed it! The aisle decor was honestly like something out of a movie! Karen really listened to our vision and was more than helpful to provide her expert opinion and advice along the way. Karen went above and beyond which was particularly helpful with planning a wedding abroad and really helped us with the budget we had to turn our day into everything we wished for.

Experiencia negativa: I had high hopes for my recent order of a flower composition, but it was unfortunately too good to be true. While I understand that seasonal availability can affect arrangements, what I received was disappointing. The composition looked cheap and lacked the elegance and colors I expected, resembling flowers you might find at a discount supermarket. It honestly feels like I ordered a dress from Alibaba—looks nice in the picture but falls short in reality. I was really hoping for something beautiful, but this just didn't meet those expectations. I've attached pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered. They look like the same flowers, but the arrangement is very poorly done.

They took so much time (video calls and emails) before the day to help discuss what we were looking for and were really creative with helping us realise our vision. The flowers on the day were absolutely stunning, so many people complimented them and they really helped us figure out ways to tie everything together. Not only that but they help with way more than just flowers, they printed our wedding signage and stationary, provided candles, parasols, wedding furniture, baskets for fans and flip flops, assembled everything and took everything away again the next day. A seamless, all encompassing service - could mot recommend them more highly!! Xx
