Experiencia fantástica: Having an online system is the reason I chose this place. it was easy to make an order, and having an option to add chocolates and champagne is a huge benefit. As you can see in the pic, the bouquet and gift are arranged and wrapped in a beautiful way and the receiver of the gift was very pleasantly surprised by it so I'm very happy and it's a lot more than I expected to find. I'd add some constructive criticism - there was a delay with my delivery (frame was 10-14) and when I called at ~14:00, I was told the delivery man is on the street and it'll take up to an hour. we weren't updated after that, and the delivery actually arrived at close to 16:00. People make plans for the day, an honest answer or an update would've been appreciated. I'm still leaving 5 stars because in our case it didn't cause us to change our plans, bottom line is that I'm really happy with it.

For the first time I faced the problem of transferring money from the bank, but the staff went to meet me and did everything so that my friend received a surprise on her birthday! Experiencia fantástica: I had a box of flowers and champagne delivered to my mum's hotel room. They were absolutely beautiful; they arrived very quickly and she was so happy with them. The champagne was actually cava but as it was only 12 euros, I still thought that was a very reasonable price and this could just be a slight language barrier issue. Overall I was super impressed by this florist and would definitely use again. The flowers were only ordered at lunchtime and were there waiting for her by teatime and were a lovely surprise. Beautiful assortment of coloured roses. Thank you so much.

Experiencia fantástica: The owner was really nice and did his best to deliver a beautiful flower basket I wanted to my daughter's hotel. I had difficulty in making a payment using the link he sent to me for the payment. After multiple failed trials we were connected through WhatsApp voice call and he was kind enough to spend more than 10 minutes to guide me to make the payment. Finally it went through. My daughter and son-in-law were super happy to see the flower basket in Tenerife, Spain.

I ordered a flower set that had been a seasonal one and thus that was not available (they notified me of it within a few hours since the order). They offered me an alternative similar set that had been also beatiful and with delivery within a few hours this very day. The flower was really delivered according to their plan in exact time. We spoke and communicated through email & WhatsApp with questions & updates. I was phoning from Ireland and ordering flowers for my mum who was in hospital in Tenerife after a fall.
