Experiencia negativa: Absolutely dreadful. Valentine flowers ordered for delivery before 3pm. Failed to deliver. Their phone was unanswered and attended their shop and was promised delivery in 15 minutes. Again no delivery and called on the telephone, this time answered and they said will call me back in one minute. Never did and no flower delivery €130 taken for zero goods. In my legal profession that is called obtaining by deception.. I will be advancing this. Needless to say one valentine lady terribly upset with no flowers. AVOID THIS FIRM

Experiencia negativa: IF THERE WERE NO STARS I WOULD PUT NO STARS. I have been ordering from LolaFlora (now called MIzu) online through an app for YEARS to buy my wife flowers for Valentines day and her birthday. With LolaFlora I had no problems, everything delivered on time every-time year after year. My wife really loves orange tulips so I thought I would give Holland Flowers a go this year and handle Valentines (I have bought flowers from Holland Flowers many times in the past but usually pickup, not have them delivered) so ordered 4 packs of orange tulips at a cost of €60 to be made into a lovely bouquet. I order them personally in the shop on Saturday 12th of Feb for delivery to my wife on the Monday between 9.30am and 2pm to her workplace as usual. Normally, after delivery, I will get a cheery whatsapp from my wife accompanied by heart emojis thanking me for the flowers, but at 4pm I still did not hear anything. Then at 4.20pm, to my horror, I receive a phone call from Holland Flowers telling me the flowers were NOT actually delivered. I reminded them that I did ask them to be delivered within a certain timeframe, whilst she was at work, and that was the "promise" made to me when I bought the flowers on the Saturday. No apology on the call from Holland Flowers, only that "we had a lot of deliveries" and that they will "try" and deliver at 5.30pm. My wife has just arrived home at 4.30pm and not her usual happy self, probably thinking I have forgotten Valentines day. So Holland Flowers, whilst I mildly appreciate the nonchalant call, almost 2 hours after the fact, telling me the flowers were not delivered, does not make up for the fact there was no empathy or apology over the phone. I will think twice in future about ordering from you.

They have a huge cold room for flowers to keep them fresh and happy. Holland is also doing delivery. So happy that I found it! Thank you!
