Experiencia fantástica: Súper Amables,Simpáticas y grandes profesionales!

Experiencia negativa: Mi opinión es que algo ha cambiado en ésta floristería desde los últimos años! No sé si ha cambiado el propietario o que... pero años atras 2/3 , el servicio era agradable y ahora es nefasto y ademas la calidad de las flores lamentable. Hoy 6 de julio 2024 he comprado mi último ramo en ésta floristería. Una pena.

Experiencia fantástica: Placed an order from the UK for delivery to La Alcaidesa in time for Mother’s Day. Order placed and paid for over the phone and delivered within an hour of ordering. Had a call from my mum who showed the flowers, which are absolutely beautiful. Would be more than happy to use their service again.

Experiencia negativa: Flowers used in the bouquets are not fresh at all, and for the price they ask it is waaay to expensive of a service. Last week, we bought a beautiful bouquet for 74 eur. Next day, half of the flowers have faded, despite of giving them a fresh cut and special fertilizers. It has been our 3rd experience with Florium. Same happened with peonies this summer (smth around 55 eur) and another full bouquet. While I have to say that they make very beautiful bouquets, indeed, remarkable florist skills, but it is still not worth its price, unfortunately.

Experiencia negativa: Servicio lamentable por dos de las dependientas de la tienda. No nos atendieron ya que solicitaban un encargo previo y no hicieron esfuerzo alguno en facilitarnos opciones. Muy poco profesionales no vayais

Experiencia fantástica: Ja nepieciešams iegādāties svaigus un skaistu puķu pušķi kādam svarīgam pasākumam iesaku šo vietiņu. Jau otro reizi pasūtījām kāzām lielu skaistu puķu puški un neesam vīlušies. Samaksājām 50 euro

Experiencia negativa: Fui a envolver un regalo de navidad y me hicieron esperar demasido, que me tuve que ir. Las 3 mujeres hablando por detrás y ninguna me atendió. Fue muy feo y me hicieron perder el tiempo.

Experiencia negativa: Il peggior servizio mai visto in vita mia, ho richiesto e pagato in anticipo una consegna (600 mt dal loro negozio) per il 14.02 (san valentino) massimo per le 10.00 del mattino perche la persona dopo sarebbe andata via e rientrata alle 22.00. alla prenotazione tutto apposto, ovviamente intascano immediatamente i soldi, oggi alle 10.00 non era ancora passato nessuno quindi mi metto in contatto con loro, e dato che non avevano i tulipani misti come ordinati hanno ben deciso di non effettuare la consegna senza neanche avvisare. Poi mi dicono non è arrivato il camion dei fiori (a San Valentino) anzi è appena arrivato alle 10.45. Dico per favore andate adesso che c'è una amica a casa, ma voi penserete saranno andati?! ed invece no con una super bugia mi dicono che non c era nessuno. Alla fine passa a ritirarli la mia amica. Morale della favola sono il servizio peggiore che io abbia mai avuto la sfortuna di utilizzare in tutto questo neanche un "scusa" meriterebbero -5 stelle
