Experiencia fantástica: El pedido fue hecho online, fácil y rápido, el resultado espectacular: un ramo multicolor con flores exóticas y de buen tamaño. No se donde está la floristería ni quien ha hecho el ramo pero me gustaría agradecer lo bien q he quedado.

Experiencia negativa: Have ordered in July remotely, but have recently recalled that I wanted to place my feedback. I didn't like the bouquet at all. You need to enhance your reputation, since many remote clients rely on your beautiful photos. I am attaching the photo of the received bouquet - you can see it's gaudy design.
Hello Ainura, thank you for taking your time to write down this comment after so long. I can see a blue hydrangea, a nice Crysant, a lilium and 3 alstroemeria. You payed 28€ + 10€ the delivery service to Barcelona city. A sweet deal. And our flowers are much nice in persona than in photo, specially when you have it in bad conditions maybe without water for some hours… sadly the Google reputation is based in comments from users than just talk to this empty space except to us… if you want to rely on comments you will find dozens of good comments and a few bad… But for us it is just not important anymore. We do our best and what we have to improve we know better, mrs Moonlight… I hope you Enjoyed this nice flowers, lilium about to open yet. And the most important , the words of your love ones they took to you!

Experiencia negativa: Queríamos pedir un ramo de flores para el cumple de mi suegra. Al entrar mi marido y yo saludamos pero dentro 2 chicas nos estaban ignorando aunque nos vieron y escucharon perfectamente. Intenté pasar hacia dentro para ver que había y entonces una me gritó: espera aquí! Estas fueron sus primeras palabras para nosotros, ni hola ni nada. Resultó que no habia flores y que ya se cerraban (a las 14.00) a pesar de que el horario ponía hasta las 16.30. En esa floristería no tienen flores, ni plantas, ni respeto a los clientes. Por suerte en el barrio hay bastantes floristerías con servicio agradable y buena variedad de las flores y plantas.

Hola Claire! El ramo no llevaba lirios. A lo mejor te refieres al Gladiolo blanco. Sí incluía peonias blancas y rosas... Y Hortensia como quedamos. En la agenda anotamos con tu hermana Carlota recogida a las 18:30, hemos llamado simplemente para confirmar la recogida. Siento el malentendido. Me alegro que te haya parecido precioso el ramo, lo hemos diseñado con cariño y siguiendo las indicaciones que entendimos al teléfono con tu hermana. Gracias por tu opinión, nos ayuda a mejorar.
Experiencia fantástica: I bought a bouquet flowers on their store on line to send to my girlfriend for our anniversary. The service was so efficient, I left a note and they kindly replied very soon. The flowers arrived in perfect conditions and how described in the picture. They delivered on time and without any problem. I deffo recommend !!

Experiencia fantástica: There are a lot of flower shops in Barcelona selling what look like the same bunches of flowers.I grow flowers myself at home, so I'm fussy and was looking for something different and preferably seasonal for springtime.I found it in Flowerswill which speedily delivered a bouquet for a birthday that were fresh, seasonal with things like lillies and aquilegia. The bunch had a natural look as if you might have gathered it from your own garden rather than from some factory farm. So for efficient service and a superior arrangement I'd go to this company again and will recommend it to friends.

Todo lo que puedes encontrar en esta especial floristería es belleza, incluso Jandyra, la dueña de este original negocio es puro amor. Puedes comprar desde un ramillete seco para decorar tu casa, una corona de flores para estar estupenda en cualquier evento, jarrones y detalles maravillosos para hacer un regalo o preparar toda tu boda con ella... ella a todo se apunta porque todo lo que hace lo hace de maravilla. Puedes entrar a echar un ojo, hacer un taller de flores o tomarte un té con su dueña en un fantástico espacio mientras, entre risas, te prepara un alquiler de material para eventos, spots de publicidad o películas de cine. Ves, y comprale una flor...
